Free fishing days in Oregon mean anglers don’t need a license, tag, or endorsement to go fishing, crabbing, or clamming anywhere in the state on those special days. Other rules still do apply, so make sure you know catch limits and other rules for wherever you go.
We’ve already had free fishing days in February and June, and the coming two-day stretch is your last opportunity to go out and cast without a license. Consider bringing along someone who doesn’t normally get a chance.
